Shipping And Return Policies
AT THIS TIME, WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES, CANADA AND UK.
YOUR UNDERSTANDING MEANS A LOT TO US.
All orders are processed and shipped from our FLORIDA based distribution facility within 4–6 business days. Once shipped, continental domestic orders may take up to 7 business days to arrive, dependent on location and ship method chosen at checkout. Military addresses can take up to 10 business days. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is processed, not shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to go live. Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer. Be aware, ship time does not include order processing time.
KRONIC RELEAF(charged from Rovi Industries, LLC which will appear on your payment receipt) prefers USPS, FedEx Ground (estimated 5–7 business days) or UPS for our domestic USA customers, but use FedEx Home Delivery/Ground in some instances. Military addresses can take up to 10 business days.
AN IMPORTANT NOTE—
Once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.
Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery, i.e. workplace or friend/relative’s place.

Depending on the weight and dimensions of your order, ship costs will vary.
Canada/ UK destined orders are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations.
KRONIC RELEAF(from Rovi Industries, LLC) is not responsible for these charges, nor do we reimburse any charges. KRONIC RELEAF(from Rovi Industries, LLC) is also not responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes, packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions, or any additional package delays.
If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to us. If you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid, less any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid directly to the shipping provider and therefore is not refundable.
We do not ship to PO Box/P.O. Box addresses. Any order with a PO Box will be cancelled without warning. Please consider an alternate shipping destination when checking out.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused, or unworn condition along with all packaging.
Please email your order to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will answer you to resolve the issue. Please include a photo of the breakage prior to your item, to be eligible for a refund.
If you decide to return an item(s) to KRONIC RELEAF(ROVI INDUSTRIES, LLC), you are responsible for the shipping charges. Call our office at 561-948-1793 or we will advise via email, giving you information where to ship back your items. Please always check your spam/junk files.
KRONIC RELEAF (ROVI INDUSTRIES, LLC) does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 business days of receiving the returned product. If you agree with this information described here, we require that your item is returned within 5 days of receiving a response from our company. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Items that appear used or worn upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
